Help with Mailcleaner

Hi all,

I've a problem with the appliance Mailcleaner.

All the story. Here we moved a month ago from Domino to Exchange 2013 and our consultant raccomanded to use Mailcleaner as antispam. And here comes the problem. We are having a large abount of email blocked that my company needs.

I tried to disable the spamcom filter on preRBL and to add these email addresses in the whitelist but still getting the following blocking message:

Incoming MTA stage: 2013-06-19 22:41:25 H=smtp303.alice.it [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] F=<name@alice.it> rejected RCPT <user@domain.ext>: "listed in bl.spamcop.net : Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?";

Do you have some advice?!
