Hi, I've no experience of that product you are using but the information you've shown appears to be the appliance dropping the connection at the rcpt to stage of the SMTP handshake due to the appliance using Spamcop as a blacklist. Turn off Spamcop as indicated by Reivilob. Most email security services don't use blacklists that allow their community of users to add IP's to the blacklist as the potential for false positives or vindictive behavior becomes too high. A list like this should never be used for connection filtering as the false positives don't appear in your quarantine.
